Early Life of David Mike
David grew up in a family with limited resources but plenty of creativity. His father was in the Air Force, and as a result, he had the opportunity to live and travel to interesting places. David joined the Army right after high school, but unfortunately, he got into trouble and ended up getting Court-Martialed and sent to United States Disciplinary Barracks in Ft. Leavenworth, KS, for three years.
Book: “Dishonor: One Soldier’s Journey from Desertion to Redemption” by David Mike
David wrote this book to share his story of how God used his time in prison to get his attention and how he found redemption and freedom from his past mistakes. His book is a vulnerable and compelling look at a life gone wrong, and he gives insights into prison life and the shame that comes with living a dishonorable life. David pleads for you to find the same redemption he found in his life.
Redemption:
David found redemption through his faith and his wife’s love and support. He talks about how he turned his life around and started anew after his release from prison. He emphasizes the importance of not being defined by your past and that guilt and shame can be removed through the redeeming power of Christ.
Call to Action:
David’s book, “Dishonor: One Soldier’s Journey from Desertion to Redemption,” is available on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback formats. He encourages listeners to purchase a copy and leave a review to help make a huge wave on Amazon and possibly help him hit bestsellers status. He also hopes to get his book into prisons, and your purchase can make it possible for him to get future copies to inmates and treatment centers. If you can’t purchase the book, he asks that you tell others about it. David is honored and grateful for your support.
